Fiber Reinforced Polymer Rebar(FRP)is one of the new ways to solve the problem of durability of ordinary concrete structure.It has the advantages of high strength and high corrosion resistance superiority of ordinary reinforced concrete.Compared to ordinary steel,it has great potential for development.So far,the domestic and foreign academic research on the durability of FRP tendons is still in the initial stage.Most of the environmental research of FRP tendons was the accelerated erosion of the mechanical properties,so it can not be directly related to the actual application of engineering applications,some limitations could not avoided.In this paper,the durability of CFRP(Reinforced Carbon Reinforced Plastic)bars and GFRP(Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic)bars was studied by means of the natural aging test of FRP tendons.The main contributions were promoted as follows:1.The tensile mechanical properties of GFRP and CFRP tendons under erosion environment(clear water,alkali environment and salt environment)were studied.The elastic modulus,tensile strength,failure mode,ultimate strain and so on were measured and analyzed.In studying the durability of FRP tendons,the tensile strength of the nominal diameter was measured.The results show that the fracture form of FRP tendons was related to the diameter,and the diameter of the reinforcement increases with the diameter of the reinforcement.The tensile or shear strength of the FRP tendons was also related to the diameter,and the ultimate tensile strength of the FRP bars(40GPa~45GPa),(130GPa~140GPa)were valued for manufacturer and the elastic modulus of GFRP and CFRP was measured.2.The effects of accelerated aging environment(water,alkali environment and salt environment)on the durability of FRP tendons were studied.The results showed that the tensile strength of GFRP tendons decreases greatly in alkaline environment,and the tensile strength of FRP tendons decreased little in water environment.3.The effect of natural aging environment on the durability of FRP tendons was studied.The results show that the tensile strength and ultimate strain of FRP tendons tend to decrease with the increase of time,while the change of Young's modulus was opposite to that of CFRP.The strength of CFRP was obviously larger than that of the same Diameter of the GFRP tendons,and in the erosion of the lower the mechanical properties of the smaller.4.The reliability of the existing FRP tendon test was calculated,and the reliability of the FRP tendon was determined by the calculation method of the second order moment.The FRP reinforced concrete life Structural design provides some advice.
