Electric vehicle is a kind of model between internal combustion engine vehicle and pure electric vehicle.It can effectively solve the dependence of automobile on oil on the basis of ensuring endurance and battery life.Not only alleviate the dependence on pure electric vehicle power battery,and both the advantages of hybrid vehicle mileage long,the current level of technology saving rate can reach more than 40%,is a direction for future development of automobile technology.Before the launch of the new technology battery,it is an ideal model for the smooth transition of the internal combustion engine vehicle to the pure electric vehicle.Under the guidance of this subject,the control strategy of the power transmission system of the electric terminal tractor is studied.As the main transport equipment of the port,the main fuel is diesel,which is not only a high resource cost,but also cause serious pollution to the environment of the port.Dock tractor in port operation with low speed,short distance,small climbing,long idle time,total train weight,turn start and stop frequently,24 hours of uninterrupted operation and other characteristics,in order to reduce the labor intensity of car dock pier car driver tractor hydraulic automatic transmission is used basically,this engine they often work in low efficiency area,the transmission torque often leads to work,the transmission efficiency is low,the fuel utilization rate is low,higher emission problem.This paper first introduces the background of the development of electric vehicle at home and abroad,and analyzes the popularization value of the extended electric terminal tractor.The Chinese heavy truck HOVA brand terminal tractor based models,due to the extended range electric vehicle principle determines the matching engine is no longer the traditional large displacement engine power,torque,power set,the engine should try to use small displacement,advanced technology,reduce the internal friction of its own.According to the average speed of the tractor and the reference data,the average speed is 18km/h,and the average power demand is 18 kW.Based on the principle that the energy and the power of the electric vehicle are independent of each other,the power transmission system scheme of the electric tractor is determined,and the parameters are designed.This paper analyzes the dock tractor daily condition and mileage is relatively fixed,through the daily accumulation of data statistics on the pier car running characteristics,the APU in SOC high participation in the work and continuous operation,with constant power and power with a combination of advantages to meet the demand of average power terminal tractor,six a control state made constant power and power following the combination,APU constant power economic working set for 20 kW and 30 kW.The power cell SOC maintains a gentle downward trend,thereby increasing the energy utilization of the vehicle.In this paper,through modeling and simulation was carried out by Cruise software,compared the control strategy for extended range electric vehicle traction terminal using CDCS type conventional control strategy and the formulation of APU is involved in SOC work in high quality.The analysis results show that the fuel consumption is about 42.8% less than that of the conventional diesel engine,and the design index of 35L/100 km is satisfied.This thesis focuses on the extended range electric traction terminal control strategy of vehicle power transmission system for extended range electric terminal tractor development and HOVA Diesel Engine Refitted terminal provides the technical basis by the program of tractor.
