As the continuous development of Structure Health Monitor(SHM),the intelligent material is becoming hotter and hotter in this field.Especially in the research of the self-sensing performance of the load-bearing material,more and more scholars have shown their interests in it.In the research the load-bearing material with the intelligent characteristics,carbon fiber material has shown much more advantages in the both characteristics as the load-bearing and the intelligence: 1st,in the load-bearing field,the carbon fiber material is light-weight and highstrength,with the better performance in the corrosion resistance which the traditional materials such as the steel does not have.The carbon fiber material also can be manufactured in various forms like the monofilament,bar,board and layer.2nd,in the intelligent field,carbon fiber material shows the characteristics like the resistance strain gauge,which means that the resistance of itself could change with the load and strain,and it's the potential to be the intelligent and load-bearing material.Under the supports of National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC),"Research on the self-sensing properties and application of pre-stressed concrete structure based on CFRP material(51478209)",this paper mainly studied the following three aspects:1.According to the stress-resistance model of CFRP which was presented by our research group,this paper simplified it with adjusting the weight ratio of influence parameters in the different loading stages.The correctness and feasibility of the simplified model was verified by the experiment data from our group and the references.It provided some theoretical basis for the more precise test in the future.2.Based on the preparation technology of the CFRP material of our group,we developed a resistance-test system with the cooperation of the School of Electrical Engineering of UJS.This hardware of the system is developed by the Verilog based on programmable logic,while the software of it is developed by C# based on Visual Studio.After the joint debugging,this system was used in the beam experiment.3.Based on the material test and the system,we design the beam experiment to simulate the actual condition of the load-bearing and monitoring.The results of the experiment showed that with the test system,the resistance of CFRP material could reflect the load,crack and strain of the beam in the complex stressed situation,which means that the CFRP material had the potential to be applied into the practical engineering as the material with both characteristics.
