Since the industrial revolution,the global energy is consumed rapidly,human face the energy crisis,developing and utilizing the renewable energy is imperative,wind energy is the important renewable energy.Wind power generation facilities can maximize the use of wind energy,this paper mainly studies the small wind power generation system.At present,when the wind speed is too large,there is some disadvantages of the speed limit and unload device,the wind power generation controller has many problems,such as lack of originality,large volume,incomplete function and susceptible to interference.In order to improve the small wind power generation system and solve the existing problems,this paper combines the mechanical design and manufacturing technology,power electronic technology,micro controller technology and other technology to make a preliminary research and design of the small wind power generator system.The small wind power generation system is mainly composed of wind wheel,generator,charging controller,battery and inverter controller.This paper mainly studies the speed limiting of the wind wheel,charge controller and inverter controller.This paper designed two kinds of speed limiting mechanism,it eliminates the variable pitch system and the electrical unloading device,the blade itself can quickly realize the speed limit function by quickly adjusting the blade area of the wind surface and it is safe and reliable,in this paper,a kind of speed limiting mechanism is simulated and analyzed,simulation results show that it can effectively reduce the speed of the wind wheel;this paper designs a charge controller about 300 W small wind power generation system,it can transform the unstable AC which from the generator to the stable 28 V DC power for 24 V battery,its chopping frequency is 100 kHz,which can effectivelyreduce the volume of charging controller,it has the function of output overcurrent protection,output overvoltage protection,power full detection and loss detection;This paper also designs the inverter controller of 500 VA,it can transform the stable DC which from the 24 V battery to 220 V AC,it adopts digital control modes,its anti-interference ability is strong and topology is simple,it has high efficiency and high precision,and it has the function of input overvoltage protection,output overvoltage and overcurrent protection.
