In this paper, the study objective is the direct-drive wind power generation of 2KW. We use power electronics technology to convert the electricity generated by direct-drive wind power generation,and the stable 220V50Hz sine wave had been produced. This paper's main task is that the main circuit structure which composed of the three-phase rectifier, boost chopper and single-phase full-bridge inverter,is presented according to the characteristics of the direct drive wind power generation system. The TMS320F2812DSP chip is adopted to develop inverter control system. The hardware circuit of the system has been designed and select the components of the main circuit.We developed the digital control of the inverter system. By inversion device s dynamic model, a single-loop PID controller of instantaneous value of voltage feedback is designed to establish closed-loop control system. Special software Matlab/simulink are used to simulate inverter control system and boost chopper circuit. Then the circuit parameters were optimized. The relevant unit of the inverter system of control algorithm were compiled.We achieved SPWM output control and the fault handling capabilities of devices.Finally, we test the whole system and meet the design standards.
