With the rapid development of Chinese economy,car ownership in China has an explosive growth,more and more traffic accidents have caused widespread concern.Aiming at the current situation of traffic accidents in China,this paper designs a kind of auto collision avoidance control system,using Freescale microcomputer chip as the central control processor of the system,and using a variety of sensors to detect the real-time running state of the car.The central controller is used to process the collected data and control the whole system.According to the control system characteristics of the car,the paper makes the following design.First,we select the millimeter-wave radar to identify the front obstacle.The data fusion algorithm is used to process the data measured by the two millimeter wave radar,and is used to avoid data interference caused by the cars in the same direction and opposite direction on the adjacent lane.The algorithm also realize the distance determination of obstacle,solve the large jump of the long distance measurement,and also solve the problem of bad accuracy and the blind measurement.Secondly,we use the ultrasonic radar to detect the distance between the rear of the car and the obstacle,and send the detected distance data to the central processor.In order to acquire vehicle speed,we break the car OBD protocol to obtain the speed of the car from the car OBD interface directly.The method is accurate and reliable,and can solve the problem that the original structure will be destroyed after the retrofitting.In order to make the control system more accurate and reliable,this paper designs the vehicle state acquisition module with the collected state,speed,distance and other information,and export the corresponding alarm or brake signal by querying the central controller set the control strategy.Finally,in order to make the interaction between the user and the control system more convenient,this paper designs an artificial interaction module,using MCGS as a liquid crystal display.According to the function of the system,the corresponding hardware circuit is drawn,the control strategy of the software is designed,and the overall design of the automatic anti-collision control system is realized.Finally,we use the control system in the car to achieve automatic braking of the car in the emergency state,and achieve the purpose of anti-collision.
