Current airfield lighting system isin urgent need of technical innovation,because it has many disadvantages such as a large energy consumption,low life,and poorreliability and so on.Solar LED Lighting System,which combines the advantages of the new energy and the new illumination source,provides the possibility of technological innovation.Solar LED lighting system can be implemented completely in the sense of green lighting,completely solve the problem of large energy consumption of the airfield lighting,which complies with the ideas of energy efficiency and environmental protection andbuilding a green airport.Airfield lighting system has a high request for the reliability of power supply;a singlesolar photovoltaic power supply cannot meet the requirementsof the power supply.So this paper presents a distributed photovoltaic power-low AC powercomplementary supply scheme.In this scheme,LED airfieldlight is powered by solar photovoltaic power supply and low ac voltage power supply provided by the isolation transformer.Surrounding this scheme,a solar photovoltaic charging controller based on Buck converter and single chip computer is designed.Buck converter dynamic model is established based on small signal perturbation method,and then.The feedback control loop compensation network is designed.This paper presents a three-stage charging method,which integrates the maximum power point tracking of solar photovoltaic cells.The charging method not only improves the utilization ratio of the solar photovoltaic cell,but also implements the proper charging of the battery.An experimental prototype was be made.The power automatic switching module was designed,which can realize the automatic switching between distributed photovoltaic power and low AC power supply system.LED drive circuit using Buck-Boost topology,which has a wide range of input and output voltage,constantcurrent drive,digital PWM dimming characteristics.At last,the remote control scheme based on relay node was designed and through which can realize remote opening,dimming and closing of LED navigation lights.
