| Non-powered equipment operations occupied a considerable proportion in the flight ground support operations.At present,the configuration method of non-powered equipment on the apron is based on the experience of the worker,and has not been scientifically calculated.This method is easy lead to the number of equipment configuration too much on some of the gate position,so that equipment occupies too much space and cause equipment congestion and waste.In addition,the number of equipment configuration is too little on part of the gate position,which appearing the phenomenon that flight can’t call the equipment in time to affect the smooth operation easily.In order to ensure the non-power equipment on the apron can be smooth and orderly to complete the operation in the course of flight ground protection operations,the study has carried on the related research to the optimization problem of the non-power equipment configuration on the apron.The specific method is that make the non-powered equipment in the implementation of the partition configuration management.Firstly,the gate positions on the apron are divided into several areas.According to the type and quantity of entering and leaving port flights at the peak hour and the number of equipment used in the process of station protection,establishing the corresponding model and calculating the demanded quantity of the equipment in region.Secondly,in order to reduce the number of regional configuration of the equipment and improve the utilization rate of the equipment,the equipment between the regions can call each other at peak hours while ensuring the smooth operation of the non-powered equipment.Finally,in the study,selecting two types of non-powered equipment in the airport for the actual configuration optimization,and analyzing the scheduling of the equipment according to the actual flight of the airport operating data on the configuration of the equipment.The results of the call to the luggage pallet truck and the push passenger ladder at the airport show that the optimal configuration method of the equipment can greatly reduce the delay of the call of equipment and is feasible.It is concluded that the optimization method of equipment what is proposed in the study is feasible to optimize the configuration of thepowerless equipment on the apron. |
