Hazard weather is the main reason that affects the punctuality of flight.The rerouting planning technology can effectively avoid the danger zone,improve the utilization rate of airspace resources,reduce the flight delay and enhance the efficiency of air transportation.Firstly,the theory of reversion path planning is expatiated,including the concept of rerouting planning,the designating and diposing of risk zone and the rerouting planning and thingking of selection.The influence of environmental changing on flight is analyzed.Finally,several commonly used algorithms for rerouting planning are introduced.Secondly,the study of the dynamic danger zone based on the circular tangent algorithm is discussed.The process of the circle field and the process of the circle domain are discussed firstly.Then,three kinds of change points are set up considering the dynamic change of the circular domain,rerouting model is established with the shortest flight voyage.Then,based on the study of dynamic rerouting and the vertex of polygon,we firstly discuss whether the aircraft needs to be changed the route and the principle of selecting rerouting sides,and then use the vertices of the dynamic convex polygon to determine the direction of the initial diversion.Two-stage flight model is established with the shortest flight voyage,through the track inspection and correction model we determine and eliminate the conflict,and finally use the flight side validation model to ensure the shortest flight.Finally,the problem of avoidance and collision avoidance is studied,and then the critical condition is established.Then,six kinds of measures are established to avoid the conflict based on the method of adjusting speed and adjusting heading.The heuristic algorithm steps,flow and calculation scenarios are designed for the above three types of rerouting problems.The results show that the proposed method can deal with such problems effectively.
