With the rapid development of the civil aviation industry and the tremendous changes in the airspace environment,there is an increasingly prominent contradiction between the existing route network and the air traffic flow it carries,resulting in a large number of flight delays,which makes dynamic route planning and simulation optimization technology has become one of the hot issues in current research.Therefore,this article mainly studies from two aspects: temporary route dynamic planning and simulation optimization technology,and diversion route planning and simulation optimization technology in dangerous weather.Firstly,the basic theories such as dynamic route planning,temporary route dynamic planning,and diversion route planning in dangerous weather are summarized separately,and simulation optimization technology,TAAM(Total Airspace &Airport Modeller)simulation software,particle swarm optimization algorithm theory,process,advantages and other aspects.Based on the existing airspace route network,a TAAM simulation model of the existing scheme is constructed.From the perspective of simulation data,airspace structure,flight direction,and meteorological distribution characteristics,the optimization area is gradually locked,and the simulation data of the optimization area is analyzed.Secondly,it analyzes the issues related to the dynamic planning of temporary routes.According to the influencing factors such as the flight flow of the flight segment and the time of military aviation activity,determine when the flight path can be dynamically planned for the aircraft using the temporary route,and the control workload of the sector and the operating cost of the airline are used as simulation optimization goals.Taking the benchmark solution of the optimized area as the initial solution of the model,the TAAM simulation software and the particle swarm optimization algorithm are connected through MATLAB software,and multiple simulation optimization operations are carried out to obtain the optimal solution of the temporary route dynamic planning,and at the same time analyze the optimal Simulation data of the scheme.Finally,the relevant issues of route planning for diversion routes under dangerous weather are analyzed.According to the compilation of Chinese aeronautical chart data and Chinese meteorological data,the static flight obstacles and the areas affected by dangerous weather were established.At the same time,the maximum flight diversion time of the aircraft was estimated based on the flight speed of the aircraft and other factors.Through the dangerous weather area at the previous time and the current time,the dangerous weather area during the maximum diversion time is predicted.Input the affected area of the flying obstacle into the map file of TAAM simulation software through MATLAB software.The diversion route is taken as the optimization goal of the simulation,and restrictions such as diversion time are taken as constraints.According to the number of flying obstacles,a diversion path that meets the constraints is randomly generated.Through MATLAB software combining TAAM simulation software and particle swarm optimization algorithm,multiple simulation optimization calculations were carried out,and the optimal plan for diversion route planning in dangerous weather was obtained,and the simulation data of the optimal plan was analyzed.
