In recent years,domestic aviation has developed rapidly,followed by the huge demand for the pilot,which makes our country pilot training industry expanding market space.How to optimize configuration and how to meet the need of expansion of fleet size and expansion of flying cadets,are the kind of questions aviation training schools in the future.As a basic tool for pilot training,cost of commercial trainer largely affect the configuration of the entire training aircraft fleet,affecting the overall benefits and competitiveness of the pilot training school.In the analysis of the influence factors of fleet configuration operating cost,each cost in flight training stages are usually in a large proportion of all aircraft operating expenses,but not easy to analyze.Therefore,this paper firstly combines with commercial training aircraft flight training stage characteristic and operation mode,studies on each cost item affecting trainer operation.Secondly,the paper analyzes the common methods of solving fleet configuration problems,combined with the operating characteristics of the commercial trainer,adopts the method of multi-objective programming,including the minimum targets of fuel costs,maintenance costs and indirect costs,the minimum cost of the fleet allocation model is established,and the operating profit maximization as the optimization goal of fleet configuration model are analyzed and compared,the calculation results verify the feasibility of the two models,and show the proposed profit maximization of the fleet allocation method can provide reference for aviation training schools' fleet optimization configuration.On this basis,considering investment capacity,fleet configuration model of profit maximization was improved.In this paper,fleet configuration of nonlinear model is established,which considers investment capacity of aviation training schools,and design the particle swarm algorithm based on simulated annealing to solve this model.The results prove the effectiveness of the fleet allocation of nonlinear model.
