| With the vigorous development of China’s civil aviation industry,the contradiction has become increasingly obvious between the ever-increasing demand for flight schedule and the limited available airport resources.The shortage of flight schedule resources has become an important bottleneck restricting the operation of air traffic.In order to alleviate airport traffic congestion,avoid planned flight delays,thus improve flight normal rate,make full use of airport schedule resources and improve operation efficiency,it is important to study the configuration characteristics of airport flight schedule and work out with the the key issues of flight schedule optimization method.This paper firstly summarizes the relevant theoretical basis,classical methods and the latest research achievement based on the research of flight schedule optimization,and analyzes the current situation and management mechanism of China’s schedule allocation based on the two foreign flight schedule resource allocation models,which provides a theoretical basis for the scientific and rational allocation of flight schedule.Then,starting from the rationality of flight schedule,take Lukou Airport as an example to explore the characteristics and rules of flight schedul allocation,analyze the matching relationship between flight schedule and operational capability,and propose the main problems existing in airport operation,thus the key point is raised.Then,a multi-target flight schedule optimization model with efficiency and fairness is constructed based on the existing flight schedule optimization model for the configuration characteristics and operation status of the airport.The model considers resource constraints such as airport and corridors capacity,and introduces the principle of fairness in a quantitative manner.An improved particle swarm optimization algorithm based on flight schedule configuration priority is designed.Finally,taking the flight plan data of Lukou Airport as an example,the model and algorithm is verified.The results of the example show that the method can effectively adjust the flight schedule while taking into account the interests of the airline.The simulation evaluation experiment using AirTOp software verifies the feasibility of this method in reducing planned delay and improving capacity utilization,and provides decision support for flight schedule optimization management in the strategic stage. |
