Large aircraft such as civil aircraft oil liquid sloshing in the fuel tank of wing will seriously interfere with the stability of the flight control,and will cause the tank structure joints loose structure local wear or fatigue fracture,affect flight safety.The interaction between the sloshing of the oil and the vibration of the fuel tank support structure will produce the liquid solid coupling vibration problem.In order to solve this problem,at present,the main use of the layout of the partition,increasing the damping and other passive control methods.However,these methods inevitably aggravate the aircraft structure,and the control precision is low,the adaptability is weak.Aiming at the problem of passive control method,this paper studies the use of piezoelectric actuators as active control elements to suppress the vibration.In this paper,a piezoelectric actuated cantilever structure system with liquid filled container at free end is employed to study the active control of the sloshing and vibration of the wing fuel tank structural system,and the precise modeling is desired for the control design.The modal analysis for the piezoelectric actuated cantilever structure under the condition of the liquid free is firstly conducted using finite element method,and the state space representation of the model is derived.Secondly,the liquid sloshing in the container is described by using the equivalent mechanical model of mass pendulum,and the state space representation of the sloshing is derived.Then the two derived models are coupled to obtain the state space representation for the sloshing and vibration of the whole system.Afterwards,the frequency response curve(Bode)of the coupling model is verified by experiments considering two cases respectively with 70% and 90% water in the container.which indicates that the state space representation of the coupled model for the piezoelectric actuated cantilever structure system can be used for control design.Finally,the pole placement method and the robust control based on the ?-synthesis is used to sloshing and vibration control the state space representation of the model,good control effect is obtained.
