Smart grid has become a new direction of revolution and development of electric power system.Smart Distribution Grid is an important part of smart grid,which is directly connected to the customer and closely related to national lives.Magnetic mechanism has characteristics of simple structure,high mechanical reliability,convenient control and low energy consumption,which become the researching hotspot in the circuit breaker.The paper took monostable permanent magnetic institution as the research object,a performance optimization method was explored and a new kind of monostable permanent magnetic institution was put forward,the simulation and experiment results showed that the performance for circuit breaker meet the requirements.The paper took monostable permanent magnetic institution as the research object,a performance optimization method was explored and a new kind of monostable permanent magnetic institution was put forward,the simulation and experiment results showed that the performance for circuit breaker meet the requirements.The paper introduced the development of permanent magnetic mechanism of vacuum circuit breaker in detail,including the development history,staple products,market status and development status of the permanent magnetic mechanism.The structure features and working principle of permanent magnetic mechanism was analyzed,the monostable permanent magnetic mechanism was selected as the research object,the design process of permanent magnetic mechanism was given,and the theoretical research methods of monostable permanent magnetic mechanism were confirmed.This article described the modeling,static characteristic simulation and dynamic characteristics simulation in detail,the simulation calculated by using finite element simulation software,and the performance parameters of permanentmagnetic mechanism related to static performance and dynamic characteristics were obtained preliminary.New vacuum circuit breaker was designed split-phase type for permanent magnetic mechanism,institutions were connected to the vacuum interrupter via insulating tension pole,saving the transmission links in middle,which improved the reliability of the institutions.In order to improve the retention of closing operation and the driving force of coils,further optimization was designed for the preliminary institutions,by slotting on the movable-core,the gradient of magnetic field strength increased,the simulation results showed that the performance was effectively improved.The volume parameters of permanent magnet mechanism was optimized and the mathematical model with objective function of total volume by using genetic algorithm.Choosing main variables and constraints for optimization and the dynamic simulation of optimized model was calculated,finally the model machine was assembled and tested.The comparison results showed the feasibility and correctness of the design research model,which reached the technical requirements related.
