With the rapid development of the global economy and the improvement of people's living standards,the demand for energy has gradually increased,and the transitional use of fossil fuels makes the environmental problems increased seriously,which makes clean energy come into being and get a widespread concern of the community.As a typical clean energy,wind energy get a rapid development in the global wide in recent years.However,the fault diagnosis of wind turbines has become a challenge for wind power industry.As an important part of wind turbine gear transmission system,gearbox is very easy to get failure under the bad working environment.So it is of great significance to study the dynamic characteristics of the type of wind turbine stability.In this paper,the dynamic transmission system of wind turbine gearbox is studied,and the dynamic model of wind turbine gearbox two-stage planetary gear transmission system is established.The dynamic simulation of broken teeth in different degrees of the planetary gear train is carried out.In addition,the dynamic model of ZLY140 gearbox experimental platform is established and compared with the experimental data to verify the reliability of the model.The specific work of this paper is as follows:(1)Summarize the form and cause of the gear fault of the wind turbine,and summarize the dynamic equation of the gear transmission by introducing the vibration model of the gear pair,and draw a solution of the gear meshing frequency and the fault characteristic.The mechanism of fault frequency of fixed wheel train and planetary gear train is studied.(2)Through the Creo three-dimensional modeling software,the simulation model of the two-stage planetary gear train of the wind turbine gearbox is established,and the normal and different fault degree planetary gears are established by the virtual prototype ADAMS,a dynamic characteristic analysis software.Through the simulation analysis,the fault characteristic curve of the sun wheel and the planetary wheel is obtained,and the simulation results are in accordance with the laws of the corresponding faults,and the effectiveness of the simulation method is verified.(3)According to the specific parameters of the gear box and the experimental platform,the three-dimensional model of the ZLY140 gearbox is established in this paper,and the broken teeth are established on the two helical gears with high speed meshing,and then the dynamic analysis is carried out.The reliability of the test bench of the wind turbine gearbox is further verified by studying the dynamic characteristics of double broken tooth faults.
