Since the technology of Bluetooth Low Energy of 4th was launched by the Bluetooth Technology Alliance?SIG?in July 2010,mobile medical and wearable mobile devices has been deing a hot research.When we apply the technology of Bluetooth Low Energy of 4th to the medical care system,which not only can get more favorable treatment time for the patients,but also provides a new intelligent medical system that is convenient for people,and it meets the urgent needs of the people to the intelligent mobile medical.In view of the needs of fetal heart rate meter in the mobile medical,it researches the ultrasonic Doppler fetal heart rate meter bases on the technology of Bluetooth Low Energy of 4th,and with the combination of intelligent mobile phone,its purpose is to design a use of the fetal heart rate meter and end user application which transmits fetal heart rate data based on Bluetooth Low Energy of 4th.First of all,it does analysis and researches on the hardware of the ultrasonic Doppler fetal heart rate instrument.it analyses the structure and principle of ultrasonic transducer that collects fetal heart signal,it does the pretreatment process of filtering,frequency selective amplification of the fetal heart signal.In order to complete the transmission of fetal heart rate data,it does the analysis and design of the fetal heart data processing protocol in the Bluetooth Low Energy chip of CC2540,and it completes the preparation transmissions of the hardware parts in the transmission process.Secondly,it does the study and researches of the protocol stack of Bluetooth Low Energy,it realizes the Bluetooth communication and data transmission between the fetal heart signal acquisition and processing end and Android client.According to the requirement of self definition protocol of fetal heart rate,it analyzes and modifies the heart rate of the protocol stack and realizes the transmission of fetal heart rate data.It chooses MI 2S to be the Client development platform,and finishes the design and development of software programs on the platform.In the fetal heart digital signal processing,it uses an improved independent component analysis?ICA?algorithm in the fetal heart data processing.Finally,it provides the analysis and simulation results of the algorithm,and the debugging results of the application of the real machine,and achieves the data communication of Bluetooth Low Energy between fetal heart devices and the application on mobile phone.What's more it shows the process from the collection to the final results of the application through the specific fetal heart signal processing examples.
