In the physiology field,the heart rate can often be the physiological indicators of exercise intensity and load,and it can accurately reflect the body's metabolism.Because heart rate is simple,practical,and easy to measure,they are often used in physical exercise.Not only can coaches monitor the training of athletes through their heart rate,but they can also scientifically guide athletes in training and competitions and improve their competitive level.They can also recover their physical functions and injuries through heart rate monitoring,which can reduce injuries.However,different detection principles also make the deviation of physiological parameters of the test larger.At the same time,Android smartphones dominate the market.This article will develop an Android platform application to detect heart rate,which will help people understand their own status and exercise intensity in real time.Based on the background of modern society's sports health,this article has made a comprehensive study of the relationship between heart rate and exercise health.It also covers sensor technology,wireless communication technology(Bluetooth technology)of Android system and Android development technology,and finally designed and implemented the heart rate detection systems.The bottom are the main research work of this article.(1)Finding documents and searching for information on the Internet,understanding the research background of this subject and the domestic and overseas current situation,and understanding the key difficulties in related fields.We mainly familiarize ourselves with the main heart rate indicators,heart rate and sports health relationship.We understand the Bluetooth technology.And according to the commonly used calculation formula of the exercise intensity calculated from the heart rate,the optimal formula of target heart rate is introduced.(2)A heart rate detection system based on Bluetooth 4.0 is designed for traditional heart rate detection devices with large volume,heavy weight and high power consumption.The hardware part of the system consists of three parts,namely signal acquisition module,signal processing module and data transmission module.Final the heart rate data is transmitted to the smartphone via the Bluetooth module.The ST188 photoelectric sensor,LM358 operational amplifier and bluetooth module are very small and light,which make the whole hardware lightweight.The measuring operation is also very simple.It merely requests that people place their hands on the ST188 photoelectric sensor,simplifying the complexity of the operation.(3)In order to enable people to detect heart rate data in real time,an application is designed on the Android platform.It uses Eclipse as the development environment and use the Java language for application development.The basic interface design and the reception and display of heart rate data are realized.(4)In this paper,we practically applied the heart rate detection system.We conducted a heart rate test on the training of 15 school football team members of the school,and analyzed the detected heart rate indicators so that the coaches could understand each team member's Physical state,to avoid injury to players,develop effective training programs.
