Abstract/Summary:
China does not has enough military transport aircraft when dealing with certain emergency.The civil aviation are available in loading and unloading goods and equitment.the total diffidence in design between civil aviation and transport aircraft are initially determined by the different missions carried by civil aviation and transport aircraft.civil aviation for comfort,safty,substantiality while the transport aircraft is in seeking of actual load,large range,the most important,meet the harsh environment,can take off and loading freely at crude airport.the conveying platform in this project is for imitating certain civil aviation internal environment.Thought the design of the simulation platform,shall run multiple experiment on the platform,avoid the inconvient in experiat on a actual plant,smoothly proceed to the next step of the research.The research content of this paper is to design the hydraulic system for the conveying platform and to simulate the hydraulic system.In this paper,the mechanical system of the simulator conveyor platform is described in a comprehensive way.And then according to the transport platform mechanical system for the overall hydraulic design,drawing the working principle of hydraulic control system sketch and complete the key components of hydraulic system selection.Secondly,the AMESim simulation software is used to build the model of proportional valve and proportional directional valve in the hydraulic control system,and the simulation is done to verify the accuracy of the model.Then based on the multi-motor control system of the conveying platform,the double motor is selected to analyze the typical condition that the motor is not synchronous.Several different synchronization control strategies are selected by theoretical analysis.Using AMESim simulation analysis,the characteristics of different synchronous control mode are obtained.At last,the simulation model of fuzzy self-tuning PID controller is established by means of Simulink’s control module,and the control performance of the fuzzy PID control strategy to the speed control of the valve-controlled motor is studied by joint simulation.Finally build valve-controlled motor loop in the laboratory,the proportion direction valve using rexroth test bench,with magnetic powder brake to load,for the characteristics of valve-controlled motor circuit experiment.
