Since the advent of Portland cement,steel reinforced concrete structure has become one of the most commonly used architectural form of port construction engineering.Thus comprehensively for the durability of concrete structure,the comprehensive and accurate evaluation,make concrete structures in service period,better service for the society.Aiming at qinhuangdao port 103# beam slab storm surge caused by sea ship collision,the degree of damage,as a result of the existence of this kind of damage,103# berth in seawater erosion under the strength,carbonization depth and steel bar corrosion,durability,the change of the respect such as bearing capacity,this will heavily influence the garage can continue to serve.As the research object in this paper,in order to accurate assessment of the damage suffered by beam and slab of wharf structure safety and to continue the influence of the service,and provide accurate data for damaged beam slab of maintenance support,qinhuangdao 103# beam and plate for the water component appearance inspection,hydraulic concrete strength,hydraulic concrete carbonation depth detection,steel protective layer thickness,the content of chloride ions in concrete detection,steel corrosion potential and reinforced concrete internal reinforcement corrosion detection of special test evaluation.To test the beam slab of 103# berths can continue to serve in the engineering practice,on the security,usability and durability evaluation.Using large-scale finite element software ANSYS to simulate the force of the beam slab,and according to the evaluation results of 103 berths of beam and slab of the concrete,the surface layer,overhangs plate concrete and metope maintenance and reinforcement measures,to ensure the security and durability of the structure to use.The results showed that 103# beam on the appearance of the most serious berth spalling,tendon leakage phenomenon,but its strength can satisfy the criterion;the average carbonation depth between 103# beam 28.5 mm-36.5 mm berth,due to concrete carbonation depth of reinforced passivation film damage,reinforced concrete in steel corrosion is more serious,and reinforced nearly half of the thickness of the protective layer does not reach the design requirements;the distribution of crack through numerical simulation of ANSYS finite element method and beam plate,force analysis of the beams and plates.Results show that the beam slab structure is still in a safe state,but compared with the original design load,flexural strength loss,crack to carry out the maximum width of 8 mm,exceeding the maximum limit specified value,it must be strengthened;the pier beam plate durability evaluation The paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the strengthening and maintenance of the pier beam slab.
