Offshore wind energy is rich in resources,research and development of offshore wind turbines become a trend.But the marine environment is complex,the deep-sea wind turbine structure is subjected to various loads such as wind load,wave load and flow load with time and space.The structure of the fan,such as blade,tower and floating platform,may also be due to external excitation.The effect of force leads to destruction.Therefore,it is instructive to study the dynamic characteristics of the wind floating fan in the deep sea environment.The FAST program software is an open source program developed by NREL(National Energy Department Renewable Energy Laboratory),which is used to simulate the loads under various operating conditions of the wind turbine.This paper mainly studied the dynamic characteristics of offshore floating wind turbine by FAST program and the development of offshore floating wind turbine design and analysis of auxiliary software.The main work of includes:(1)According to the IEC-61400-3 wind turbine design specifications about the wind load and wave load combined conditions,the NREL 5MW offshore floating turbine is analyzed for a comprehensive loads.(2)Analyze the modal of the offshore floating turbine according to linearization theory and modal analysis theory.Simulation of the turbine at different rotor speed,it show the turbine blades,towers and floating platform in the degree of freedom the frequency,and show the sea turbine Campbell map.(3)Establish the three-dimensional geometric simplification model and analyze the structure of the vibration fatigue.Analyze the loads under the vibration condition and get the Power Spectral Density.Analyze the vibration position of the structure by the finite element analysis software ANSYS.Calculate the fatigue life of the wind turbine by the Steinberg theory.(4)Develop and design the auxiliary software of the offshore floating wind turbine based on VB.The Software concludes parameterization modeling,FAST pre-processing parameter setting,FAST analysis and post-processing general report saving,which provide the design and analysis tool for offshore floating wind turbineThe results show that the load of the fan is 100 ~ 200 times under the condition of stable production.The Campbell diagram shows that the fan has a resonance phenomenon in the rotor speed range,and the resonance life of the wind turbine is reduced by 38.3% ~73.05%.
