Radio power transmission technology with magnetic coupling resonant power transmission,microwave energy transmission and induction power transmission three kinds of technology.The magnetic coupling resonance of the wireless power transmission technology than the other two have a larger transmission power, farther transmission distance, high energy transmission efficiency, and no reverse and penetrating and so on. Although the application of high value,extensive research, but has not yet limited the coil area under the conditions of the wireless power transmission system research reports. In this paper, the optimal design of the coil parameters under the constraint of the coil area is carried out, and the coil model is established.The influence of the parameters of the coupled coil on the coupling system is studied by software simulation and experiment. The main research contents and conclusions are:1.The effect of coil parameters and coil pitch on the performance of the coupling system is studied. The influence of the factors such as the diameter, the number of turns, the relative offset of the coil and the spacing and resonant frequency on the transmission efficiency of the coil were studied by Maxwell simulation software. The transmission efficiency increases with the transmission distance, 50mm reaches the maximum extreme value, and then decreases with the distance. When the transmission distance is constant, the transmission efficiency varies with the number of turns of the coil, Diameter and diameter increases,2.Optimization of coil parameters under coil area constraints. When the outer diameter of the coil is 50mm, the maximum coupling coefficient is obtained by using the optimized coil with diameter 6mm, pitch 14mm, radius 50mm and turns.3.Set up a mobile phone radio transmission system. Set up mobile phone charging experimental platform, the 3000mAh mobile phone battery distance of 20cm wireless charging.In the experiment, the transmission and transmission coils of the same type are used to make the transmission distance of the system increase by 9.3cm.
