Groundwater seepage is an important factor to affect the stability of foundation, it is of great practical value to study the seepage of underground water. The finite element software is used in this paper, it studies the situation of seepage field and land subsidence during excavation of foundation pit with measured data and numerical analysis method. Main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1) The paper uses seepage module of finite element software. The depth, width and permeability coefficient of the water curtain of the foundation pit are changed by the control variable method to study the influence of water sear curtain on seepage field of foundation pit.(2) The stability of foundation pit is analyzed by finite element strength reduction method and mainly to keep other factors unchanged. In order to judge the safety factor of foundation pit, it is used to calculate the internal friction angle and cohesive force of shear strength by the finite element iteration method. There are four kinds of reduction conditions(the reduction coefficient is 1, the reduction coefficient is 1.2, the reduction coefficient is 1.3, the reduction coefficient is 1.4).(3) The numerical simulation is established with the measured data and finite element software. It studied the seepage field, land subsidence and resilience amount of the foundation pit during excavation. The results of simulation are compared with the monitoring values of foundation pit.
