In recent years the reinforcement research is increasingly becoming one of the hot issues in the field of Engineering Research, especially aiming at the failure to meet the building function of the old buildings and the seismic damage of the structural components. In this paper four concrete columns were tested under constant axial load and cyclically lateral load in this paper, one contrast specimen(not strengthened)and three columns were pre-damaged and tested strengthened with steel wire ropes.the three columns pre-crack widths were 0.5mm,1.0mm and 1.5mm,the pre-crack width as the damage index,After low frequency alternate load experiments Oil the above mentioned three damaged concise columns via reinforcement, there is a detailed analysis of the comparison between the previous and subsequent column through the distinctive behaviors such as the hysteretic curve, the skeleton curve, the ductility, stiffness degradation and energy dissipation capacity. The results show that the pre-split crack width have enormous influence on the seismic behavior of the damaged reinforced concrete columns strengthened. In the same axial compression ratio,When the degree of pre-injury is small, the hysteretic curve is full,it's an inverse proportion between the seismic performance of concrete columns?ductility ?bearing capacity recovery level and the degree of pre-damage.;The columns strengthened with steel wire ropes were obviously improved, the ultimate displacement and energy dissipation capacity were increased, and the stiffness degradation became slowly.Based on the results of the material test, the nonlinear constitutive model of the steel bar,the steel wire and the concrete is determined.Based on this, the finite element test model of the damaged reinforced concrete column is established.By comparing the finite element calculation results with the experimental results,The correctness of the finite element test model is verified, and further research on carrying out the numerical simulation of seismic the performance of damaged RC column with different influence factors such as the axial compression ratio and wire windingmethods. The results show that the axial compression ratio is an important factor affecting the seismic behavior of RC columns,it's an inverse proportion between the axial compression ratio and ultimate displacement and ductility;high axial compression ratio is not conducive to the seismic performance; In the same axial compression ratio and pre-damage,the best effect the reinforcement cage winding way had the best effection,it can enhance the restriction of concrete better; The reinforcement effect of cage winding is much better than the axial filament winding, while the axial wire reinforcement effect is better than the level of the wire.In this paper, the damaged RC columns were be strengthened by winding steel wire and carried out experimental research and numerical simulation analysis,Some conclusions are obtained, which provide theoretical and practical reference value for the wire winding of the actual components.
