Transformer is the hub of the power system,the most important equipment in the power system,and the most complex structure.The safety of the transformer is very important to the safety and stability of the power grid.With the rapid expansion of the scale of the power grid,the rapid growth of the number of transformers,equipment operation and maintenance to bring great pressure.New and old transformers in the product quality,reliability and other aspects of the huge differences in the implementation has brought great challenges.For some new,good performance,high reliability of the transformer,according to the past maintenance strategy may lead to the maintenance of waste of resources,and for some old ones,there are hidden parts of the transformer,according to the past maintenance strategy will lead to poor maintenance,the accident rate rises.At present,the entire power system on the management of equipment has put forward a fine,the whole life cycle management.The application of advanced technology,such as on-line monitoring system,live test equipment and so on,has enabled us to grasp the internal operation state of the equipment in time.Combined with the previous power-off test can detect all kinds of hidden problems of the equipment,the accident rate is reduced to minimum,but each test method is relatively independent,the lack of a comprehensive assessment of the equipment of the macro state,unable to grasp the status and risk trend of transformer.Therefore,in-depth analysis of transformer fault mechanism,fault probability and severity analysis,testing method and comparison of various advantages and importance in reflecting the state of the transformer,the transformer on this basis to establish health index model,on the one hand reflects the health status of the equipment,and provide the basis for the fine,the whole life cycle of the equipment management and improve the utilization rate of equipment,reduce the accident rate of the device;on the other hand,realization of state maintenance,to achieve a reasonable utilization of resources and distribution,improve resource utilization efficiency.
