With the development of social economy,the rapid growth of load led to distribution network become more and more complex.Since the continuous expansion of power distribution network,it has brought new challenges for distribution network maintenance.Distribution network maintenance planning is reasonable or not,is directly related to the benefits of the electric power enterprises and users.In this context,distribution network condition based maintenance(CBM)gradually get the power supply enterprise widespread attention.Based on CBM existing research results and considering the maintenance projects of live working,the paper proposes a kind of distribution network maintenance decision optimization model which based on health index and considering the effects of live working.At last,verified the validity and rationality of the proposed model through genetic algorithm in a small power distribution network.Aiming at the shortcomings in the existing distribution network maintenance model research,in this paper,CBM evaluation and calculation method,health index based equipment failure rate calculation model have been discussed.Based on what are discussed above,this paper proposed a new idea and model for distribution network maintenance schedule optimization,including:(1)To study the equipment health status evaluation method based on equipment health index score,and then,proposed a mechanism which according to the equipment health index to match a suitable maintenance method for equipment.(2)To divide the distribution equipment into four categories:distribution transformer,cable line,over-head line and breakers.Then,according to the equipment failure statistical data to determine the key features of each category equipment.And then,proposed a equipment health index calculation method based on Logistic method.At last,verified the validity of the proposed model through 30 transformers.(3)To propose the equipment failure rate calculation model which based on health status evaluation method.Then,considering the influence of adopting live working,a maintenance schedule model has been proposed from two aspects of distribution maintenance risk and distribution operation risk.And then,solve the model through genetic algorithm.At last,verified the validity of the proposed model through in a small power distribution network,verified the economical efficiency the proposed model through comparing with planned maintenance schedule.
