Owing to a range of advantages including: increasing efficiency of construction,reducing environment pollution,reducing cost,improving products' quality etc.,total precast concrete has been widely applied in many developed countries.Because of connection design method and form of construction of the total precast reinforced concrete structure is different from the cast-in-place structure and the seismic performances of the total precast reinforced concrete structure is not good,China's implementation of the use of assembled monolithic concrete structure which has the same joint and design method as the cast-in-place concrete structure.But there is still a lot of wet construction work,it is difficult to play the advantages of assembly structure.This article come up with the total precast reinforced concrete frame braced structure to improving seismic performance of the toral precast reinforce-concrete frame structure and solving the complicated construction technology of total precast reinforce concrete frame shear wall structure.The performances of the structure are analyzed with finite-element and with theory method.Works of this paper are as follows:(1)By the analyses of the connections that are widely used in the world,merits and the shortages of these joints are summarized.Four type of joints are analyzed with finite-element method.(2)The position and the order about plastic hinge are calculated and analyzed based on the geometric of single-layer frame bracing structure,displacement method and finite-element method.(3)The lateral stiffness ratio of the frame braced structure is calculated according to the geometric of structure,displacement method and "D" value method.By the Elastic-plastic time-history analysis of the strongly connected total precast structure with finite element software SAP2000,a reasonable lateral stiffness ratio is obtained.(4)The design methods of column base strong joint is presented according to the design method of beam-column strong connection and calculation method of flexural capacity of reinforced concrete section.By the analyses of reinforced concrete column with finite-element software ABAQUS,the validity of calculate formula is verified.(5)The design flow of the total precast frame braced structure is proposed according to the traditional two-stage seismic design method.By the elastic-plastic time-history analyses of strongly connected total precast structure,semi-rigid total precast structure and cast structure with finite-element software SAP2000,the performance of these models are obtained.
