Aspheric mirror manufacturing technology is not only a problem in the field of advanced optical manufacturing,but also an important symbol of the level of development of a country's manufacturing industry.The traditional aspheric optical glass processing method has the disadvantages of long processing time,large waste of materials and high processing cost.Aspheric centrifugal casting is a new manufacturing technology,it has the advantages of save large numeber of materials,reduce processing time and can manufacturing various size of aspheric optical glass.suitable for the manufacture of various sizes of non-spherical optical glass advantages.In this paper,I will use combinate simulation and experiment ways to study centrifugal casting technology.The simulation process is divided into two phases:the finite element simulation of the heating and the centrifugal stages.In the process of heating phase simulation,the simulation parameters were set up by the physical parameters of H-FK61 optical glass and to the PROCAST software,and then simulated.Mainly to see the source of heat in the heating process,heating the minimum time,the internal stress and holding time.Centrifugal phase simulation use the fluent software simulation,according to the principle to choice the turbulence model,set the material parameters,etc.Through the simulation results to see the speed vector,surface molding,and compare with the standard equation and certificate centrifugal casting method is feasible.In the experimental process,use the simulation experiments obtained process parameters,and respectively set three different process parameters.Throught related insruments to measured the top surface shape and shape accuracy to Verify the reliability of centrifugal casting process.The measurement results are in accordance with the prediction of the surface shape,At the same time,verifies the correctness of the finite element simulation results.
