Urban underground pipeline is the lifeline of the city,which plays an important role in urban economic development and social life.The construction quality and management level of underground pipeline not only affect the sustainable development of the city,but also the important guarantee for the city to deal with all kinds of unexpected disasters.The experience demonstrates that city underground utility tunnel as a modern,scientific and intensive city infrastructure,not only can solve the problem of laying pipeline effectively,and facilitate maintenance,prolong the service life of the pipeline.On the basis of consulting a large number of literatures,this paper summarizes the current situation of the development of the domestic and foreign comprehensive utility tunnel,analyzes the characteristics of the integrated utility tunnel,and puts forward the key points of the design and planning of the integrated utility tunnel.Aiming at the safe problem of comprehensive utility tunnel,first analyzes the characteristics of various pipelines,and integrated into the gallery of the problem,put forward the Countermeasures on how to avoid this kind of problem design,and design of ancillary facilities also studied.Finally,the design safety of the comprehensive utility tunnel is evaluated.Specific work and conclusions are as follows:(1)this paper analyzes the application and research status of the domestic and foreign comprehensive utility tunnel,and points out the problems existing in the construction of comprehensive utility tunnel.(2)through the analysis of the key factors in the planning and design of the integrated utility tunnel,this paper puts forward the planning and design of the comprehensive utility tunnel.Focus on the natural gas pipeline,power cable into the integrated utility tunnel of fire safety hazards exist,put forward to strengthen the safety of the pipeline corridor design.In the pipe layout scheme,the mathematical model is established by the method of constraint factor correlation,and the high dimensional model is transformed into a low dimensional model.(3)the design of the auxiliary facilities and waterproof design of the comprehensive utility tunnel.The fire fighting system,ventilation system and monitoring and forecasting system are of great significance to ensure the safe use of the corridor.(4)from the view of design and build a safety risk assessment model,firstly analyzes the characteristics of comprehensive utility tunnel safety risk,using expert scoring method and fuzzy statistical method to determine the risk factors affecting safety risk value of comprehensive utility tunnel.BP neural network is used to establish the safety assessment model,and the risk analysis of the safety of the corridor is carried out.(5)combined with a comprehensive utility tunnel project,the application of the planning,design and risk analysis,draw useful conclusions.
