With the progress of China’s comprehensive urbanization,as the "lifeline" of urban operation,the urban utility tunnel plays an important role in improving the comprehensive carrying capacity of the city.It has realized the unified planning,design,construction and management of municipal pipelines.Effectively reducing the phenomenon of "road zipper",ensuring the "zero accident rate" of pipeline maintenance.At the same time,the "airborne spider web" is completely eliminated and urban land resources are released.Since the construction of utility tunnel is still in the preliminary stage of development in my country,there still exist many problems in the construction process.The paper from the perspective of the construction unit,this paper analyzes and evaluates the risks in the construction phase of utility tunnel.First,through the analysis of literature and questionnaires to collect risk factors,the initial list of risk factors is formed.After the experts screened and corrected the initial risk factors,a risk index system in 5 aspects was constructed,which includes environment,technical management,quality,society and economy.Afterwards,considering the complexity and uncertainty features of utility tunnel construction,utilized the Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the weight value of each risk index,establish 5 levels of risk grade evaluation standards,combined with Grey Systems Theory to further build a utility tunnel construction risk assessment model.Finally,the paper taking a utility tunnel in F district as an example,combining actual data in the construction process to verify the validity and practicability of the the research results.And the research can provide a reference for risk management in the construction phase of the owner of similar integrated pipe gallery projects.
