With the development of the national economy and the construction technology,the super high-rise buildings are springing up in our country.With the trend of the structure design frame of the inner cylinder becomes the first choice for super high-rise building’s structural style,the application of concrete filled steel tube structure is more and more widely used.This paper focuses on the quality problems of concrete filled steel tube,and is based on a specific engineering project.A detailed description about the optimal design of high strength self-compacting concrete,the finite element analysis model of steel tube concrete temperature field and the defect detection and repair technology of concrete filled steel tube(CFST)are given in this paper.An experimental design method for business analysis is put forward to optimize the mix proportion of high strength self-compacting concrete in this paper.The method is also based on the industry standard and the empirical specification.With the commonly used computer software,the best combination of the best expected for the specific project can be analyzed out to optimize the mix proportion of concrete.The method provides a more convenient and practical computer software processing procedure on the basis of the traditional optimal design of the concrete mix proportion.Based on the analysis on hydration heat of the mass concrete,the temperature field model of the core concrete hydration phase in the steel pipe column is established by the comparative analysis between the finite element analysis and practical statistical analysis.With theseresearch,this paper provides a theoretical model for the temperature difference analysis of concrete filled steel tube under the condition of being in direct sun or under a rapid change of temperature.The ultrasonic tests on the 1:1 specimens of concrete filled steel tubes with defects are carried out in this paper.The results of ultrasonic tests of artificial defects are compared with those on pure concrete under the same conditions.In this paper,the ultrasonic detection method for determining whether there is a void defect in the CFST is specially analyzed,and a set of perfect repair technology is given.Through a series of research results in this paper,the ultimate results of the defect detection on the concrete filled steel tube concrete is effective.The components with slight defects locally are well solved with the repair process described in this paper.The results of this study can provide a reference for similar construction projects in the future.
