With the development of the city,the environment has been gradually polluted,further leading to global climate worse off and frequent occurrence of extremely bad weather.There have been more and more cities of China occurred flood waterlogging since the 21 st century.It results in thousands of people lost their lives and huge property losses.The damage of city waterlogging accurately show that the update of urban municipal infrastructure lags behind the development of city.The basic urban drainage system could protect the life and property safety through timely drainage.Waterlogging has been worse due to the occurrence of extreme weather,development of city,environment pollution,and urban sprawl.Urban waterlogging to the people's lives have brought many negative effects.This article analyzes the reasons of waterlogging in recent years and shows some measures of urban waterlogging at domestic and abroad.According to the special geographical position and economic status of Xixian New Area,this article uses the mathematical model method to evaluate and analyze the risk of waterlogging in Jinghe River Basin.Compared to the application and characteristics of Mike Flood,Info Works CS and SWMM,and finally decided to use Mike Flood to simulate the waterlogging in the Jinghe River Basin.the Mike Flood model was selected to simulate the current rain pipe system with different rainstorms.First at all,the urban one-dimensional rain pipe system model was established by Mike Urban,under different rainstorm types,the simulation assessment of the status of rain pipe system drainage performance.Secondly,using Mike 21 establish a city surface two-dimensional flow model.Finally,model coupling is performed using Mike Flood,so that one-dimensional rain pipe system and two-dimensional surface link to achieve the rain exchange between the ground and rain pipe system,and with the Jing River Basin Waterlogging point of comparative analysis,the future of urban drainage system planning to provide a favorable scientific basis,and evaluates the current rain pipe system in Jinghe River Basin and compares it with the exist waterlogging point.It provides scientific basis for future urban rain pipe system planning.Based on the evaluation results,this article scientifically plans the rain water system in the Jinghe River Basin,and uses the "flood" model to demonstrate the planning results.According to some experience from foreign countries of rain research,current global of water resource is shortage,The current drainage and waterlogging planning couldn't meet the demand.Therefore,this planing from the point of " Unified multi-faceted planning",and planning the city waterlogging control system,waterlogging prevention and control facilities,and elaborated with the sponge city construction combined to promote the use of urban rainwater resources.
