Strategies Research On Spatial Development Of Immigrant Community On Shangzhou County

Southern Shaanxi is located in the southern foot of the Qinling Mountains and the northern foot of the Bashan Mountains.Because of its complicated terrain and complicated geological conditions,the area has become one of the geological disasters in China.The production and living conditions of some residents have also been seriously affected."Mountain endangered" to the local development problems,Shaanxi provincial government proposed the relocation of southern Shaanxi major strategic decision-making.This paper takes the relocation of immigrants in southern Shaanxi as the background,and takes various types of immigrant communities in the Shangzhou area as the main research objects.With the combination of field research and case study,this paper explores the resettlement situation of immigrant communities and the development situation of local urban and rural areas,Spatial layout of the relationship between the integration,and the existence of a detailed analysis of the problem,and finally gives the corresponding strategy.This paper first clarifies the concept of immigrant community and spatial development,combs the existing relocation of southern Shaanxi immigrants and the development of space and the development of settlement space under the background of immigrants,provides theoretical and empirical reference for this study,and then "-Analysis of the problem-to solve the problem " of the technical route to start research.The main part of the problem is to summarize the general situation of the relocation of Shangzhou District and the resettlers,to understand the planning and implementation progress of the resettlement in the Shangzhou area,and then to classify the resettlers from the site in the field and to construct the situation A brief overview of this paper focuses on the study of rural migrant communities.The analysis of the problem is mainly from the perspective of spatial layout,population size,industrial development,public service configuration and the feelings of immigrants to analyze the status of existing migrant communities in Shangzhou District,and summarize the problems in the status quo,the main There are community size is small,the layout of scattered,extensive land use,the community residents in the primary function of the development of weak radiation,community occupancy rate is uneven,some community vacancy rate is high,the government is stronger than the immigration force,immigration public participation,Community organization and management lag,social interaction space lost.Then,according to the status quo and problems mentioned above,the factors influencing the development of the land are mainly analyzed,including the basic role of the natural geography,the dominance of the policy system,the internal dynamic mechanism of economic development,the support of the traffic location and the promotion of the resettlement itself.The problem solving part puts forward the optimization strategy of spatial development for the cause of the problem.It mainly puts forward the optimization strategy from the new urban and rural residential system,which is from the spatial integration,the industrial optimization,the co-ordination of the public service facilities and the construction of the integrated immigrant community.Then,Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization of the development of the spatial development of the immigrant community,the government and the main beneficiaries of the resettlement are from the aspects of system management and social security,and the author analyzes the spatial development of the immigrant community in the typical urban area.Put forward a series of safeguards.At the end of this paper,the shortcomings and prospects of this study are discussed.
