Research On Evaluation And Optimization Strategies Of Rural Spatial Development Of Suixi County Based On The Coordination Of Production,Living And Ecology

In recent decades,along with the rapid industrialization,urbanization and economic development,the significance of multifunctional land use has been emphasized by many scholars.This is because the rapid urbanization has led to some development constraints and brought a series of problems,such as the contradiction between the needs of economic development and the shortage of land resources,the conflict between the demand of regional development and ecological protection,the chaotic exploitation of resources and environmental pollution.The rapid expansion of built-up land leads to the encroachment of ecological space and excessive land uses.Based on the background,taking Suixi County,Zhanjiang City,Guangdong Province as the research object,the characteristics of rural spatial development are not only the regional typicality of the Pearl River Delta region,but also a certain rural universality.Therefore,this study explores the characteristics of the rural production,living and ecological space based on related theoretical practices,and divides the three dimensions of production space,living space and ecological space according to their inherent driving factors and spatial attributes,and then builds an evaluation system for the coordinated development of rural production,living and ecological space.,Applied it to the evaluation and optimization of rural spatial layout in Suixi County,and guided the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of the countryside with the concept of production-living-ecological coordination.This article first analyzes related basic theories such as coordinated development,sustainable development,and the triple bottom line.It explores in detail the conceptual connotation,basic characteristics,driving mechanism,and coordination relationship of the rural three-life space,and divides the space functions based on theoretical research.The scientific,systematic,comprehensive and operable principles are selected to measure the level of coordinated development of the rural three living spaces,and a variety of data processing methods are used to construct an evaluation model.Secondly,through the empirical research and analysis of the characteristics and problems of rural spatial development in Suixi County from the perspective of the coordination of the three lives,it is found that the overall characteristics are the concentrated distribution of elements,the diversification of the three-living functions,and agricultural production in the production space dominates balanced industrial space layout.Agricultural production land is relatively regular,and the development potential of the central and eastern counties is large.The overall spatial pattern of living space is scattered and scattered,with good road accessibility and convenient living space.Ecological space,rural natural ecological resource characteristics Significantly distributed along the coast;ecological environment is fragile,and rural production affects ecological balance.In terms of the level of coordinated development of rural three-living,the overall level of coordinated development of rural three living space in Suixi County is relatively small.Villages and towns with a good level of coordinated development of production space have the characteristics of concentrated economic factors,good accessibility to transportation,concentrated resources of production resources,and industrial economic development.The development of towns and towns with a weak level of coordinated development of living space is far from the central county,the infrastructure construction is relatively imperfect,and their own economic development is not well enough.Towns and towns with a good level of coordinated development of ecological space are concentrated in areas rich in marine and forest resources.The entire rural space presents the characteristics of relatively concentrated production factors,developed middle life factors,and marginal distribution of ecological factors.On this basis,this article starts with production,living,and ecology,and clarifies the direction of rural space layout coordination and optimization,as well as the spatial layout optimization strategy at the county,village,and township levels.At the same time,it formulates implementation guarantees for spatial planning.
