Smart Home Interactive System Design And Development Based On Android

Using ZigBee chip with wi-fi chips to build Android smart home system and build ZigBee – Wi-Fi home intelligent gateway,Regard the Android client as the controller of the intelligent household system.The system not only can achieve remote control of intelligent home appliances,but also can monitoring and management the temperature and humidity and combustible gas,etc.The System is mainly composed four part of ZigBee-Wi-Fi smart gateway,ZigBee terminal nodes,the Android APP,Web Server.With wi-fi chip of ESP8266 and ZigBee chip of CC2530 as the system core.Designed a kind of intelligent gateway based on ZigBee,ZigBee coordinator of smart gateway Through the UART can realize data passthrough function of ESP8266 chip data communication.Completed ZigBee coordinator of networking and Wi-Fi module between the serial port to send and receive in IAR development environment which realize the network real time sensor data information collection,upload and real-time control of intelligent home appliances.The ZigBee terminal node hardware developed based on ZigBee core board.Terminal nodes of network development is the same as the coordinator of the software development both all are development with the Z – Stack.Based on understand the ESP8266 Wi-Fi module of wireless communication technology,Research and development the Android client that can communication with the Wi-Fi chip.Android client can through establishing the Socket communication with W-Fi module to achieve data remote transmission and terminal nodes on the client terminal of remote control.On the basis of the system,In order to achieve the external network remote control of intelligent home appliances,desgined the Web server that based on the Android client,The Web server as intelligent gateway data medium,Android client through HTTP access to the Web server can obtain the latest information on intelligent home appliances And through the web server for smart appliances to realize the remote control.Finally the Android client can not only realize to control the smart home in inside network but also in outside network.With the smart home system functional testing,Leds are adopted to simulate the intelligent light switch test,using DHT11 testing indoor temperature and humidity values.The test results analysis that the smart home system testing data accurate and reliable,error is smaller,control instruction to accept and correct and time delay is small.Meet the requirements of the original design.
