| The paper research content comes from Guandi project with capacity of 600 MW,which is manufactured by Harbin Electric Machinery Company LTD..Guandi turbine generator unit is a symbolic project with capacity above 500 MW which is completely domestic.It breaks through the way of manufacturing and designing that has been taken widely,traditionally we use foreign design and cooperate with domestic companies manufacturing units,Through this project,the design and manufacturing technology of the whole air-cooling giant unit with independent intellectual property rights are formed in our country.It is mainly carried out the electromagnetic design,simulation and optimization,rotor stiffness,vibration,air gap analysis of the 600 MW hydro generator in this paper.According to the requirements of the design book,the main parameters of the motor are selected,and the main electromagnetic and structural parameters of the 600 MW hydro generator are selected.With Electrical Formula SYNCHDES and program of Math CAD,calculating out electromagnetic parameters and the characteristic parameters of motor.Choosing the cooling mode,completing the electromagnetic design scheme of Guandi hydro-generator with capacity of 600 MW turbine generator,and the results were compared with the same type of unit(Er Tan、Long Tan、Three Gorges right bank etc.),the electrical parameters designed meet the domestic environment,the structure selected meet the demands of the user,the current and power load and the thermal load parameters are in the manufacturing operation experience range,can ensure the ventilation system of the motor in a stable thermal cycling balance in the safe and reliable operation.Based on electromagnetic design,using ANSOFT finite element analysis software,get the waveform of motor under the condition of no-load and rated load:the magnetic density,magnetic line,magnetic flux waveform,back EMF waveform and the rated load current and output phase is obtained,and compared and analyzed with calculation results to verify the results of the magnetic calculation.In order to study the unit efficiency,with no-load 、rated load and 1.5 rated load,under the condition of the simulation research on the analysis of the iron loss,along with the change of load pattern: gradually increased the load,the armature reaction gradually strengthened,the demagnetization effect is also a strong numerical decrease iron loss.According to the preliminary design of the motor,exist problem of output voltage harmonic,with optimization of pole arc coefficient and damping winding reduces the high frequency harmonic,while the magnetic field is more stable.Whether the reliability of the giant generator can meet the requirements of the use in various conditions is the most concerned problem in the design.In this paper,the characteristics and requirements of different operating conditions are considered.Focusing on the major components(stator and rotor)finite element model is established,the analysis of the stator and rotor of structural dynamics,the analysis of stator and rotor of the strength and stiffness,vibration and other related dynamic characteristics calculation,proved the reliability of the design,the stator and rotor stiffness and strength meet various working requirements,vibration frequency to avoid the vibration frequency of the unit.And the whole assembly(i.e.in the generator stator and rotor air gap)of the correlation analysis,to verify the effect of changes of the air gap to the electrical parameters of the unit is very small,the output will not affected,proved the correctness of the design of stator and rotor,by optimizing the design to ensure the superior if the design index. |
