The continuous development of the social economy,has brought people's material life level.However,the rapid development of China's economy from the extensive mode of economic growth,to the environment caused serious pollution.Thermal power plant as an important enterprise in the northern winter heating,its fuel or coal based,which is the main source of pollution.Now the state has adopted strict regulations to control environmental pollution,therefore,in order to reduce sulfur dioxide emissions and emission concentration,the thermal power plant into the desulfurization equipment,but the thermal power plant desulfurization wastewater will produce many in the implementation process of desulfurization,if not treated and discharged,it will cause environmental pollution,which is two serious waste of water resources.Environmental awareness,and promote the construction of environmental protection projects.This paper is based on the new power plant in the construction of desulfurization waste water treatment project on the basis of desulfurization wastewater treatment technology research.In this paper,through the analysis of water quality of wastewater of Ji'nan Beijiao power plant limestone-gypsum wet desulphurization wastewater,it is concluded that the characteristics of wet desulfurization technology for weak acid,pH value is 5 ~ 6,at the same time the wastewater contains considerable fluoride,sulfide,suspended solids and trace heavy metals.According to the characteristics of the water quality,according to the principle of removing fluoride,heavy metals in desulfurization wastewater,and the basic principle of coagulant in the removal of pollutants in the process,based on the traditional process of desulphurization wastewater,put forward the improvement measures for the determination of the desulfurization wastewater treatment scheme,and the design of the desulfurization wastewater treatment system based on economical and reliable this scheme.On this basis,choose the experiment by lime milk neutralization sedimentation experiment,coagulant,and the use of polymeric aluminum ferric sulfate(PAFS)and polyacrylamide(PAM)common desulfurization wastewater treatment experiment to verify the feasibility of desulfurization wastewater treatment system.It is concluded from the experimental results that the treatment effect is best when the PAFS is used as coagulant and PAM as coagulant aid in the treatment of desulfurization waste water.According to the actual situation of Beijiao Ji'nan thermal power plant,the desulfurization wastewater treatment system was designed,and its economic analysis was carried out.The fixed investment cost of the desulfurization system is 92416.05 yuan,and the operating cost is 43252 yuan per year.After the system is put into operation,it can save 2.54 yuan per cubic meter of desulfurization waste water by comparing with the use of industrial water as the water supply.Therefore,the new desulfurization waste water treatment system of Beijiao Ji'nan power plant has good economic benefit and environmental benefit.
