FGD (flue gas desulfurization, FGD) is considered to be the most effective way for generation companies to control SO2, our country attaches great importance to the new "Thermal Power Plant Air Pollutant Emission Standards" (GB13223-2011) regulations in key areas since July 1 2014 implementation of emission standards 50mg/m3, the Junliangcheng Power Generation Co., Ltd. existing desulfurization equipment can not effored the needs, it needs to for Rehabilitation,however, different rehabilitation programs, brings one-time investment and subsequent operation and maintenance expenses increased by differences in the electricity market today, the impact on business is huge.In this paper, Based on the domestic and international coal-fired flue gas desulfurization units analysis,the four status of Junliangcheng Generation Co., Ltd desulphurization equipment, analysis and research for its desulfurization rehabilitation programs, and propose appropriate rehabilitation programs.Specifically including as follow:(1)Establish the flue gas desulfurization process of the Junliangcheng Power Generation Co., Ltd. Firstly, comprehensively analyze and comprise the process performance, economic performance and absorbers of the four applications mature technology methods. And then evaluate and statistical analyze the above results led by combined the convenient statistics and status. Finally, the adoption of a comprehensive comparison based on the four applications mature technology methods to determine the wet limestone-gypsum flue gas desulfurization process.(2)For the core part of the renovation project, namely absorber transformation, proposed three programs, Firstly, propose three kinds of feasibility plans of absorption renovation based on the status of the four flue gas desulfurization equipments, and carried out in terms of process parts, electrical parts, the control section, etc. are described in detail. Secondly,the introduction of fuzzy AHP (FUZZYAHP) for determining absorption renovation plan.Finally, establish the model of absorption renovation plan, and to establish a model program absorber renovation project selection using fuzzy hierarchy analysis of the three programs comprehensive evaluation and sorting, to determine the best renovation project plan.(3)On the flue gas system, absorbent preparation system, gypsum dewatering systems, evacuation systems, process water systems, compressed air systems, wastewater systems, civil engineering systems and other rehabilitation programs were fine. Then proposed the four flue gas desulfurization equipments, rehabilitation programs in determining the absorption tower, the combination of the desulfurization tower renovation needs and adequate together.Based on Junliangcheng Generation Co., Ltd four desulphurization renovation project plan which researched in this paper, has been approved by Huadian Group. Project has started in the trial, unit operation indicators meet the design requirements,which testifies the validity of this program, provides a reference and ideas for the three and five status of desulphurization renovation projects.
