The adoption of the Bridge Health Monitoring System(BHMS)securing bridge structure helps to not merely avoid the blind spots resulted by human monitoring and static monitoring,but also accurately conduct bridge safety warnings via the results of monitoring so that it significantly contributes to traffic safety.However,as China's traffic and technology rapidly developing as well as the number of constructed bridges growing,the items under monitoring are becoming more that brings the problem to the Bridge Health Engineering that how to utilize these date by monitoring to analyze the state of bridges and thus to issue timely warnings.For a better treatment of massive data on bridge monitoring,we adopt an emerging technology,Cloud Computing,of which the main usage is to deal with massive data storage and computing.This thesis,based on the actual projects and combined with the present demands for the BHMS as well as the analysis on its merits and demerits,put forward a commonly usable scheme of the implementation of the BHMS that adopts a Hadoop-constructed distributing system and thus establishes the assessment system of the BHMS.Meanwhile,the scheme also accomplishes the ca pacity monitoring,state assessment and parameter configuration for various bridges.It provides the maintenance and development of bridge structure with more valuable theoretical evidences by a long-term effective utilization of the BHMS.This thesis conducted completely a demand analysis and overall design on the functions of the BHMS as well as a health assessment of bridge structure via a hierarchical analyzing approach,based on the systematic demands and practical conditions,and conducts them on a Hadoop platform.In the technical aspect,for the process of data by monitoring,the scheme adopted a Redis Storing Database technique;for the result assessment and historical data computing,it adopted a Map/Reduce technique;for the storage of data,it adopted an HBase Distributing Database technique;and for the design of the BHMS,an Eclipse.It finally used the experimental data to execute a test in the System,and the results returned the feasibility of the System.
