Based On The Cloud Computing Area Control Technical Support System Construction Research

In order to adapt a new generation dispatching automation system development and to meet the demand of smart power grids purpose, the regional control technology and supporting system based on cloud computing was proposed.This system adopts mixed cloud structure that is combined by public and private cloud systems, establishing public cloud service center all over the whole province, providing unified model, data administration and service, forming the first stage centralized business structure. This system serves comprehensive centralized analyzing business, helps to improve power grid control integration and homogenization management level, and to strengthen control and training simulation, security correction, and network analysis public computing services etc.By establishing regional control center private cloud, completing longitudinal connection with model and data cloud public cloud service centers etc, this system provides distributed support for analyzing business of whole grid, making the second stage distributed business structure to serve the regional distributed real-time business. Under the condition of meeting regional grid business practical requirements, this system can realize two or more regional power grid supervision, analysis, application and united analysis of grid control in the area. By designing model cloud of "distributed maintenance, united management, sharing as demand", this system can make storage and management of power grid model all over the province, and provide customized model service to all different levels of regional dispatching technical support systems. By distributed technology, network communication, and integration of different data distributed in networks, the data cloud is formed to carry out deep integration and realize information to be shared and available as requirements.Based on the cloud computing structure, shared model and all sorts of data, the coordinating and unifying between whole and part is finally realized, completing combined application of two levels of province and local districts.
