As the large span,large number of members and high order statically indeterminate of the space truss structure,uneven thermal deformation will arise from the influence of non-uniform solar temperature field,leading to lager local stress and greater structural safety risks.Therefore,the solar temperature field of the space truss structure as well as components is investigated with the combination of the experiments and the simulation,which provides experimental basis for both accurately calculation of solar temperature effect of the grid structure and verification the simulation methods of various non-uniform temperature fields.And the main research work contains the following content:Firstly,the test hardware selection and optimal arrangement of test points are completed by the detailed design of the solar temperature field experiment of circular steel tube components.Based on the thoroughly analyze of test results,the distribution regularities of temperature field and temperature effect of the steel tube are obtained,with systematically study on distribution rules along the length and thickness direction as well as the influence rules under different size,radiation intensity,wind speed and coating type.After a simulation analysis,the accuracy of numerical simulation method is verified by the comparison of the calculated results with the test data.Secondly,seven influencing parameters are chosen as research aspects in order to study the effect of various parameters to the non-uniform temperature field,including section size of circular steel tubular members,space orientation,solar radiation intensity,wind speed,ambient temperature,ground reflectivity and solar radiation absorption rate.According to the sensitivity analysis of the parameters,the main control parameters are given,and the simplified calculation formula of the sunshine temperature field for the engineering design is established,providing a method basis for fast determination of temperature field state of steel tube components in engineering domain.Finally,the solar temperature field experiment of the whole space truss structure is designed in detail and measure points location are optimized.Through a carefully analysis of experimental results,the distribution rules of spatial temperature field of grid structure as well as the effect and distribution of member laying angles is explored,and the refined finite element model of grid structure is established.Furthermore,adopting a numerical simulation of temperature field with shadow-shielding,the accuracy of this numerical simulation method for the temperature field of the whole spatial truss structure is validated by the comparison with experimental results.
