In recent years,with the continuous expansion of city scale and gradual increase of building density,the wind environment of urban center has become increasingly complex,suburban fresh air is difficult to enter the city interior space blocked by buildings and vegetation cover,causing city heat island,air pollution and other micro-climate issues.Harbin is a typical city in the cold area with a winter heating period of 6 months.The coverage of vegetation is low and the poor air quality is not good for people to go out.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the wind environment in the central city of Harbin.In this paper,the roughness theory research background,based on city wind environment evaluation standard,the windward density as the evaluation center of Harbin city wind environment factors,which reflect the influence of city spatial form of wind environment,wind surface density,the higher the value that the building block of the air.The city three-dimensional modeling of the study area using the GIS platform in the course of the study,the surface density of the wind calculation layer so as to judge the podium,the ventilation efficiency at the height of center city people to understand the present situation of ventilation,and according to the calculated results found in the center of Harbin City building density and there is a linear relationship between the windward and the podium layer density.Through the description of the building density of regional wind environment.After the study on the wind environment of Harbin city center,the GIS platform using the least cost path LCP method to windward density as cost function based on the 3 to find the city leading wind potential venti lation corridor;on the windward side toward the building density and was simulated and analyzed by using numerical simulation software CFD,found in Harbin city center building density control in 22.5%-30.6%,the windward wind angle between 30°-45°with regional good wind environment,conducive to the spread of the haze.In this paper,in the center of the city ventilation corridor construction,building density control,the windward side of the choice of 3 aspects of city wind environment optimization strategy,to provide some reference for the future planning of city wind environment.
