County renewable energy grid is a county power grid with the ability of self-balancing of energy.In order to realize the power balance of county renewable energy grid,a large capacity storage facility should be supported,and an effective dispatching control system must be constructed.This paper study on the operation mode of the renewable energy grid storage scheduling policy and "Autonomy Cooperation".The storage and operation mechanism of county renewable energy grid is put forward.Based on the large-capacity energy storage facilities,the power balance method of the renewable energy grid in the county is put forward for the scheduling control system which is connected with the dispatching,real-time scheduling and automatic power generation control.This paper analyzes the causes and elimination methods of unbalanced power,discusses the storage mechanism,and puts forward the design method of capacity of energy storage facilities from the perspective of probability statistics,which lays the foundation for the transition from energy balance to power balance.The operation status of the storage type storage power station in the county power grid is analyzed.Pumped storage power station has eight operating states in its installed capacity and energy storage capacity constraints,each operating state of pumped storage power station and network with different movements.The capacity of pumped storage power station has a great influence on the storage and operation of county power grid.The "Autonomy Cooperation" renewable energy grid storage operation mode is established."Autonomy" is the self-renewable energy power balance the load,"Cooperation" for the performance of county power grid and Main Power Grid Energy exchange.By using the method of ILOG-CPLEX to solve the optimization problem,the key matrix of the scheduling model is calculated,and the solution of the model is given.A case study of county power grid in Huailai is given to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed storage scheduling model.
