Under the bachground of traditional energy exhausting and increasingly serious problems, renewable energy shows great advantages and application prospect. However, the uncertainty and volatility in the renewable energy such as wind and solar energy is a deterrent to its widespread and large-scale application. The power of renewable energy is difficult to predict accurately. Currently one of considered best prediction algorithm also has more than twenty percent of the prediction error. The power of renewable energy often present wide fluctuations in a short period of time. In order to guarantee the security and stability of power grid operation, power grid eliminates the given power prediction error and fluctuations in renewable energy by setting the backup in general and regulating thermal power.This strategy only works in the grid with small percentage of renewable energy.Different from grid of high permeability, renewable energy grid set renewable energy as the main generating forms, which connects to the grid accompanied with storage facilities. In order to eliminate the uncertainty and volatility in the power grid scheduling, schedule of the renewable energy grid, in which renewable energy and large storage facilities are viewed as the main energy has significant meanings.This paper researches a reserved scheduling strategy for the grid in which renewable energy facilities and reserved pumped storage power stations are viewed as the main generating facilities instead of thermal generator.Paper pointed out the definition of renewable energy grid and reserved pumped storage power stations, compared eliminating method and the method of storing and accepting method, completely storing and partly storing mode of renewable energy, demonstrated a suitable mode of scheduling for the grid of renewable energy and summarized the basic mathematical model of pumped storage power station in type of storing and accepting.Disregarding the grid, in the mode of partly storing renewable energy, on the basis of the basic mathematical model of pumped storage power station in type of storing and accepting, this paper established the scheduling mathematical model of the renewable energy grid and scenarios of the grid. In the case of ignori ng wire frame, accorind to the scenarios, divided and setted the stage variable, the state variable, decision variable and the index function, using the dynamic programming method, turned the dynamic problem with multiple stages into static nonlinear programming problem.Considering the grid, combined with principle of fully using renewable energy, this paper applied control strategy based on algorithm of tracing the flow of electricity, the optimized the original project. Under the actual renewable energy grid, analyzed the result of the representative, typical examples, proved the feasibility of the scheduling strategy.
