The electro-hydraulic angle-vibration table is an indispensable device for calibrating the strapdown inertial unit and angular vibration measurements of products.Compared with the electric angle-vibration table,the electro-hydraulic angle-vibration table has the advantages of strong force,strong resistance and compact structure.With the continuous progress of science and technology,low frequency electro-hydraulic shaking table could no longer meet people's needs.In this case,the research of high frequency electro-hydraulic angle-vibration table has become very urgent.There are many factors that affect the frequency response of electro-hydraulic angle-vibration table greatly,such as the design of hydraulic actuator,the bandwidth of servo valve,the selection of components,the vibration control algorithm,and the software and so on.Firstly,the research of high frequency electro-hydraulic angle-vibration table is carried out.The design of electro-hydraulic angle-vibration table and the selection of key parts and hydraulic power station are completed with the relevant engineering drawing output.The static analyses and modal analyses are accomplished.Considering the particularity of high frequency electro-hydraulic angle-vibration table equipment,the fine modal analyses are introduced.At the same time,the impact of bearing preload and the oil elastic modulus on the system natural frequency is analyzed.Secondly,the structure and characteristics of two kinds of vane shafts of angle-vibration tables are compared,and the mathematical model of the structure parameters of vane shaft is established.A single objective optimization of the vane shaft for the hydraulic natural frequency and the mechanical frequency is carried out.Based on the single objective optimization,a multi-objective optimization function is established.Then,the bee algorithm with excellent results is introduced into the multi-objective optimization of vane shaft structural parameters,in which the five structural parameters of the vane shaft are optimized.Finally,the simulation model of the angular vibration system,which considers the flexibility of the vane shaft,is established.The close loop Bode diagram of the angle-vibration table system is obtained.The electro-hydraulic angle-vibration table is built,the system sine sweep experiments are carried out.The close loop Bode diagram of the system is identified.The hydraulic natural frequency and the mechanical frequency of the system are obtained.The experimental results verify the correctness of the previous system design and modal analysis.
