The electro-hydraulic vibration test plays an important role in the country's economic development, as a device that provide the typical in the laboratory condition or analog emersion environment vibration simulated environment conditions. So, the test has been the focus of the national research. With the rapid development of modern industry, practical application of vibration of the test is the higher frequency.Firstly, this paper introduces the structure, working principle and technoloi- cal parameters of the high frequency electro-hydraulic vibration test, determine the parameters of the main elements in the system, through calculating the flow of the system , obtain the rated flow of pump of the test. I studied of the biggest function curve in detail and analyzed the limit working range of the electro- hydraulic vibration test. For subsequent research laid a theoretical foundation.Secondly, this paper analyses the Variation characteristics of electro-hydraulic vibration test and the flow limit vibration frequency. According to the accumulator can be instantaneous supply the characteristics of large flow, this paper adopted accumulator as auxiliary power supply in the system of the electro-hydraulic vibration test. Through theoretical calculation indicates that the accumulator can improve vibration frequency of vibration test. This paper focuses on how to determine the system configuration parameters and the number and how can use accumulator of flow supply more reasonable. Optimization design vibration table electro-hydraulic integrated controller parameters, in order to improve the vibration frequency vibration test. The injection process of accumulator is expounded, and the accumulators as auxiliary power are dynamic analysis. Finally, AMESim, which is simulation software, is used to simulate the frequency of the electro-hydraulic vibration test with and without accumulators. For comparison and analysis, draw accumulators can improve the vibration frequency of the system. Use the vibration test for experiment, the results of simulation and experiment show, draw accumulators can improve the vibration frequency of the system.
