With the train running faster and faster,it brings convenience to people.At the same time,the noise generated during the operation makes people unbearable.Since the dynamic vibration absorber was designed for the first time,it has been widely used in the field of engineering after numerous scholars' research and optimization.And the damping band bandwidth can be broadened by optimizing the damping parameters.The dynamic vibration absorber is widely used in the field of vibration and noise reduction of the high-speed railway wheel due to its strong reliability,design ability and low maintenance cost.In this paper,we perform the further study about its application design on the high-speed rail wheel.The high-speed rail wheel can be physically equivalent to the thin-plate structure model.The modal parameters of the high-speed rail wheel are obtained through mathematical modeling and theoretical analysis,including the natural frequency and modal vibration mode,and then the experimental method is used to verify the correctness of the modeling method,to provide the basis for the optimal design of the rear dynamic vibration absorber.In this paper,the cantilever beam structure is used as the dynamic vibration absorber model.For the high-speed rail wheel vibration and the large frequency range of the acoustic radiation,combined with the theoretical calculation results,we reduce the wheels' vibration and radiation noise through the design and optimization of the parameters such as the natural frequency and the modal shape of the cantilever structure.And we verify and analyze its effectiveness through experiments and simulation.Based on the design and optimization of the physical parameters of the cantilever beam,we adjust the damping factor of the cantilever mode by adding viscoelastic damping material to its structure,to broaden the damping bandwidth.Therefore,it is necessary to study the parameters of the elastic damping material in detail.In this paper,the change of the modal characteristics of the cantilever beam with the additional viscoelastic damping material is studied by ANSYS software.The parameters include the thickness of the constraint layer,the elastic modulus and the loss factor of the damping material.We perform the further analysis and study of the double-beam structure,and the research method can be extended to multi-layer cantilever beam structure.Then,the dynamic vibration absorber is applied to the disk structure model,and the influence of the position distribution and the number of installed parameters and other parameters is analyzed.Finally,the dynamic vibration absorber in the form of cantilever structure and other existing structures are compared and analyzed.
