In the petrochemical industry,power industry and aerospace industry,large-scale rotating machinery are the core equipment in various fields.High-speed,high-precision,high-power,light-weight and long-life flexible rotors are the development trend of modern high-speed rotary machines.Therefore,controlling the critical vibration of the rotor has very important practical significance.In this paper,multiple semi-active tuned vibration absorbers were designed,and single-span,double-span 2N support and double-span N+1 support test rigs were set up.The critical vibration control experiments of the rotor system were performed.Long-term vibration of the pipeline may cause fatigue damage to the pipeline and its connected equipment,causing accidents.In this paper,the pipeline vibration test bench was built,and the pipe vibration control experiment was carried out by using the pipe tuning vibration absorber and the integral squeeze film damper.At the same time,in practical projects,on-site inspections,the application of Honeycomb-shaped viscous dampers to the vibration control of the pipeline system in the chemical industry has achieved good results.The main work is as follows:1.The problems of vibration in rotating machinery and piping systems are introduced,and the significance of vibration control is explained.The effective methods for controlling vibration are introduced.The research and development of squeeze film dampers are introduced.The development,classification,advantages and disadvantages of the dynamic vibration absorber are highlighted,as well as its application in the practical engineering fields such as transportation,aerospace,bridge construction and pipelines.2.A four-segment dynamic vibration absorber for a single-span rotor system was designed,and a single-axis single-seater rotor vibration test bed was set up.The first-order critical vibration of the rotor was suppressed by the switch control,and the vibration of the entire rotor was controlled within a small range.3.We continue to apply double tuned vibration absorbers for vibration control of double-span rotors and conduct experimental studies.A double-span 2N support and N+1 support vibration experiment bench was set up to perform vibration control experiments.It was proved that the critical vibration of the double-span rotor can be effectively controlled,and the vibration of the entire rotor system during the acceleration process can be controlled.4.A pipeline vibration test bench was set up,and a semi-actively controlled new package-style tuned mass damper(TMD)and monolithic squeeze film damper(ISFD)were designed and applied to the pipeline vibration reduction for comparative experiments.It is proved that the tuned mass vibration absorber can effectively control the vibration of the target frequency,and the ISFD can control the vibration of this frequency band of the pipeline,but the damping efficiency is not as high as the TMD.5.The vibration-reducing transformation of chemical pipelines was carried out by honeycomb viscous dampers.A site visit to the export pipeline of a rich gas compressor from a petrochemical company in Shandong was conducted to determine the layout,size and vibration of the pipeline.Based on the investigated data,the finite element software ANSYS was used to calculate the vibration modes of the pipeline and determine the cause of the vibration.Then use SAP2000 software to simulate the installation position of the damper and determine the installation plan.Finally,to guide the installation of the damper on site,it was proved that the damping effect of the damper was very good and it was recognized by customers.
