In 2011,China put forward the emission standard of air pollutants for thermal power plants more strictly,to further slash flue gas pollutants pollutant emissions of coal-fired power plant,each power group offered to coal-fired power plant emission standards of pollutants to “emission standard of gas generating set” development.Therefore,the recent coal-fired boiler ultra clean emissions transformation is the focus of recent coalfired power plant energy conservation and emission reduction work.Taking the denitrification system of a 660 MW super critical unit asan example,the research studys from the mechanism of NO_x formation in power plant,analyzes the low nitrogen furnace technology and flue gas denitration technology,puts forward the selection method of denitration process.Secondly,considering the study and reanalyzes the variable condition of the boiler combustion adjusting key parameters as the research object,the research decouples the combustion adjustment,the water outlet oxygen coal ratio,SOFA volume parameters the researcher finds the reasons for control parameters of abnormal increase of NO_x content in flue gas and discusses the relationship between dynamic characteristics of combustion control parameters and the concentration of NO_x 660 MW supercritical boiler.Finally,the factors that affect the efficiency of SCR flue gas denitrification system are analyzed,and the optimal operating conditions are determined by combining with the operating parameters.The research shows that in ensuring NO_x emission concentration control within the scope of the requirements of environmental protection,low nitrogen combustion coal burning power plants and the operation optimization of SCR technology can realize high combustion furnace and SCR and economic operation.The results can provide theoretical and technical support for the optimization design and operation of coal-fired power plants,and ideas for the optimization and reconstruction of the denitrification system.
