Automotive air conditioning can automatically adjust some parameters of the air inside the vehicle,such as temperature and wind speed,which makes the air in the car flow in a certain direction and speed and people in the car will be in a relatively comfortable environment.By knowing about the industrial control requirements and development of domestic and foreign automobile technology,and in view of the nonlinearity of the automobile air conditioning system,the control effect is not good when applying traditional control method into the temperature control system.In order to solve the problem of ride comfort and improve the control performance of temperature system of the autocar air-conditioner,the contrastive analysis of various control technologies is carried out and selectes the fuzzy PID control.On the basis of this,the particle swarm optimization algorithm is introduced to optimize parameters.By Matlab/Simulink to carry on the simulation design of the fuzzy controller,the simulation curve can be output,which solves the problems between fuzzy control and PID control applied to the temperature control system,and improves the integral quality of the temperature control system.In order to design the hardware circuit of the system,it chooses STC89C52 microcontroller,and designs the main program of the system as well as the various subroutines for a certain software design.Finally,the system test and anti interference design ensure the stability and feasibility of the temperature control system.The comfort level of air conditioning system is an important indicator to measure the grade of the vehicle.In the temperature control system of automotive air conditioning system,the particle swarm optimization Fuzzy-PID algorithm is used to control the temperature of the air conditioning in the vehicle.In real life,it is very important to realize the automatic control of the temperature of the air conditioner to improve the ride comfort and control.
