Research On Influencing Factors Of Passenger Satisfaction Of Urban Rail Transit Based On SEM

With the rapid development of China’s economy,the process of urbanization begins to enter the acceleration phase and the city’s population continues to expand,which leads to it that the scale of city traffic traffic increased year by year.With the improvement of the urban rail transit network and the strengthening of “green travel”,rail transit is becoming the preferred choice of traffic mode.At the same time,with the improvement of the living standard of the residents,the demand for the service quality of the urban rail transit is also increasing.Through the accurate grasp about the passengers of urban rail transit service satisfaction and expectation,we can find out the weak link in rail transport operations and make improvement measures,which contribute to enhance the market competitiveness of rail transit and enhance the residents travel quality and improve the urban management level.So my paper discusses the evaluation of passenger satisfaction of rail transit service.First of all,the paper elaborates on the theory of orbit traffic and customer satisfaction.We can screen out 28 factors of rail transit passenger satisfaction through the combination of case study and literature researches.So we can establish the list about the influence factors of the rail transit passenger satisfaction.The perceived quality is divided into 4 aspects: punctuality,convenience,comfort and safety by the method of literature review.Secondly,based on the identified factors affecting rail transit passenger satisfaction,we can construct the concept model of passenger satisfaction and put forward the relationship hypothesis by the theory of customer satisfaction.According to the questionnaire which was designed according to the influencing factors,we can test the reliability and validity by the data obtained from the survey to verify the reliability and rationality of the data collected by questionnaire.Thirdly,the empirical analysis of rail passenger satisfaction model is carried out.We can use AMOS to carry out model estimation,model evaluation,revision of the model,and the results of the model analysis,so that the fast fast and punctuality,convenience,comfort,safety and value perception have a significant positive impact on the satisfaction of rail transit passengers,and The effect of the fast and punctuality on passenger satisfaction is relatively high.Finally,according to the degree of influence of various factors,we can put forward the improvement measures and suggestions of passenger satisfaction,for the railway department to improve passenger satisfaction give advice and suggestions.
